Drive to the picturesque village of Sövde, embedded between the forest, a lake, and the blue sky. Visit to Sövde Musteri where they make Must and cider from apples, enjoy the rest of the day playing different games at Sövde Adventure camp.
Ride a bike through the forest and open landscape. Enjoy the beautiful scenery. See some sheep, cows and horses, if lucky meet reindeers too. Visit the Stork reserve, a breeding centre for the bird “Stork” that is typical for this area and almost went extinct some years ago.
Enjoy canoeing in the lake. Paddle from one side of the lake to the other side. Barbeque out in nature for lunch.
Visit Eriksgården in the afternoon where you can pick and eat different kinds of berries, enjoy Swedish fika and ice cream or eat something nice at the restaurant. Here they also sell self-produced and ecologic products.
Hike through the forest. Make your lunch over a fire. Go for a swim in the lake.
Experience the beautiful surroundings from the back of an Icelandic horse. Icelandic horses are small and often more comfortable to ride because of their walk; equestrianism.
Drive from Sövde to Ystad and pass by the beautiful Castles of Sövdeborg and Snogeholm.
Stroll around the charming town of Ystad with rambling cobbled streets and medieval half-timbered, colourful houses.
Climb the hill to see Ales stenar; the stone monument dated back to the Viking era, situated on a hill with a splendid view of the ocean. Eat smoked herring or an ice cream at the harbour.
Continue to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sweden – Sandhammaren.
Drive to Simrishamn, get onboard a fishing boat for a fishing excursion on the sea.
On your return,explore the town of Simrishamn, dated back to the 12th century and known for its houses in pastel colours and beautifully carved wooden doors. On a summer day, you can feel the scent of roses while strolling along the streets of old town Simrishamn.
Visit the medieval manor Glimmingehus, one of the best-preserved medieval manors in Scandinavia, which knight Jens Holgersen Ulfstand began to construct in the year 1499.
